Robert E. Marks, 86, formerly of Reading and most currently of Sicklerville, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at The Kennedy Medical Center-Sewell, NJ. He was the husband of Lorraine M. (Bingaman) Marks.
Born in Pottstown, he was a son of the late Nicholas and Rose S. (Fabriziani) Marcuccitti A.K.A. Marks.
Robert was a car salesman for many dealerships and lastly worked for Yorgey’s Dry Cleaning in collections. He was a United States Coast Guard veteran of World War II and was a member of Reformation Lutheran Church Reiffton, PA. He was also a member of the VFW and American Legion.
In addition to his wife, Robert is survived by: One Son: Robert E. Marks, Jr. of Wernersville; Three Daughters: Lori wife of Dan Hollingsworth of New Jersey, Sue wife of Bill Kazmierczak of Elkton, MD and Marsha Scheinhartz of Colorado; Six Grandchildren and Two Great-Grandchildren and One Sister: Mary Morici. He was Pre-Deceased by his brother Lewis Marks.
Visitation with the family will be held from 10:30-11:30 A.M. with a memorial service beginning at 11:30 A.M. on Monday, January 12 in Reformation Lutheran Church 3670 Perkiomen Ave. Reading, PA 19606. Interment private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League P.O.
