Nancy (Tucker) Mohr, 94, of Exeter Township, passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021, in Elmcroft of Reading Assisted Living Facility. She was the wife of Frederick Schaefer Mohr Sr., with whom she celebrated 70 years of marriage with on June 23, 2021. Born in Wenonah, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Lewis and Frances (Rode) Tucker. Nancy attended Woodbury High School in Woodbury, NJ. She then graduated from University of Pennsylvania Dental School in Philadelphia, Pa. after completing the dental hygiene program. Nancy worked for Dr. Laubach as a dental hygienist, retiring in 1987. She was a member of the Reading Women's Club, served on the Board of Directors for the Reading YMCA and was the chairman of their annual Festival of Nations, den mother for the Cub Scouts, and troop leader for the Camp Fire Girls. Nancy was an avid bridge player, liked to read, swim, play tennis, cook, do needlework, go to yard sales, and travel.
In addition to her husband Nancy is survived by her children; Frederick S. Mohr Jr., husband of Cynthia L., Exeter, Ann Mohr, Exeter, and Stephen T. Mohr, husband of Denise, Harleysville. She is also survived by four grandchildren; Christy D'Angelo, wife of John, Corinne Mohr, James Mohr, and Matthew Mohr, as well as five great-grandchildren; Anthony D'Angelo, Vincent D'Angelo, Harrison Brumbaugh, Charles Brumbaugh, Oliver Brumbaugh (predeceased), and Miles Brumbaugh. She was predeceased by her brother Donald Tucker, sisters Jane Tucker Ramsay, and Louise Tucker.
