Louise Z. Norton, 95, formerly of Reiffton, passed away Monday November 13, 2017 in the Reading Hospital Medical Center.
She was the wife of the late George Norton who died in 2001. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Leo and Gertrude (Gring) Zipf.
She graduated from Mt. Penn High School in 1939 and attended Hood College. Louise shared the love of traveling and antique cars with her husband George and had worked as the Manager at Zipf's in Pottstown. Louise is survived by one granddaughter Jennifer Marie Norton and was predeceased by two sons John David and Stephen K. She was also predeceased by two brothers, Carl Zipf and Keffer Zipf. Services are private at the request of Louise. Friends and family would like to give special thanks to the Manor at Market Square and Heartland Hospice for the excellent care given to Louise.
