Lori Pachuta

Lori A. Pachuta, 38, of Exeter Township, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 in her residence. Born in Trenton, NJ, she was the daughter of John A. Sr, and Cynthia L. (Wall) Pachuta. In addition to her parents, Lori is survived by: Two Brothers: John A. Pachuta, Jr. of Birdsboro, PA and Jeffrey M. Pachuta and his fiance Jessica Tamasi of Hamilton Township, NJ; One Sister and Brother-In-Law: Jennifer C. wife of Jason Keller of Burlington Township, NJ; One Nephew: Trent M. Pachuta as well as several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. She was pre-deceased by her maternal grandparents: Charles and Betty Lou Wall and her paternal grandparents: Augustine and Evelyn Pachuta. The family would like to thank Lori's "Rodney Plaza" family and Supportive Concepts for Families for the outstanding care and support they had given to Lori. Visitation with family and friends will be held from 2:00-4:00 p.m. with services beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 1, 2015 in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave. Reading, PA 19606. Visitation with family and friends will also be held from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 noon with services beginning at 12:00 noon on Monday, November 2, 2015 in Saul Colonial Home 3795 Nottingham Way Hamilton Square, NJ 08690.
