Patricia A. (Bossler) Johnson

Patricia A. (Bossler) Johnson, 80, of Reading, PA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at the Reading Hospital, surrounded by the family she cherished and who cherished her in return. Born in Reading, she was the beloved daughter of the late Harold and Helen (Boyer) Bossler.

Patricia was the glue that held her family together. Her unwavering devotion and selflessness were the foundation of her life. She gave and sacrificed everything to ensure the happiness and well-being of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. A woman of boundless love and quiet strength, Patricia was the epitome of a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She graduated from Reading High School and went on to work as a machine operator at Teleflex, where she spent many years before retiring. Patricia filled her days with the things she loved most-her family and her animals. Her cats, Coley, Lucky, and Bleu, brought her immense joy and companionship.

Patricia found true happiness in the presence of her family. She relished the time spent with her children, Alichia Hickerson, wife of Craig, of South Carolina, Selisa Lyn Robins, wife of Howard, of Reading and Travis Johnson, husband of Lauren, of Mohnton. Her grandchildren-Brittany, Vanessa, Herb, Tajh, Zane, and Leo-held a very special place in her heart, as did her great-grandchildren-Deyon, Exton, Tate, Kendall, Cameron, Skylar, and Myles. Her home was a haven where love and laughter flourished, and her legacy of warmth and compassion will live on in their hearts.

In addition to her immediate family, Patricia is survived by her sisters, Joan Lutz and Fay Wunder. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Sandy, Arlene, Carol, and Joy.

Patricia loved deeply, gave generously, and lived with a quiet grace that touched everyone who knew her. Her passing leaves an immeasurable void, but her love and spirit will continue to guide and inspire all who knew her.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with services beginning at 11:00 am in Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., 2100 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA 19606.
