Barbara Ann Pease

Barbara Ann S. Pease, 67, of Birdsboro, died of natural causes peacefully at home Thursday, November 12th, 2015. She is survived by her husband of 35 years Barrie A. Pease . Born in Coaldale, PA, she was the daughter of the late John Stianche and Josephine (Gregus) Stianche of Hometown, Pa. Barbara was an active member of Immaculate Conception Church. She loved animals and volunteering at Catworks, and the Animal Rescue League. She also was a proud supporter of Penn State Berks Campus. Barbara believed that your age was determined by the date you were born and the date you died but you were measured by what you did with the dash between those dates. During her dash, she touched many lives and never was too busy to help someone who needed it or just wanted to talk. She leaves this world a much better place for having shared it with those left behind. Besides her Mother and Husband, Barbara is survived by her mother in law Elva H. Lamm of Reading, Brothers in law Gregory Pease husband of Diane of Reading, Russell Pease husband of Cheri of Fleetwood, sister in law Sue Ellen Katancik wife of Thomas of Myrtle Beach SC, and two nieces, three nephews and ten God Children. Visitation with family and friends will be held from 4:00 pm 6:00 pm on Monday November 16, 2015 in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave. Mt. Penn. A Mass of Christian Burial with be held at 11:00 am in Immaculate Conception Church 905 Chestnut St. Douglassville PA, 19518 on Tuesday, November 17th, 2015. Interment is private at the convenience of the family.
