Nancy Pflum

Nancy M. Pflum, 77, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2016 in her residence . She was the widow of William E. Pflum, Sr. who passed away December 4, 2012. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Leroy and Marguerite (Ritz) Herb. Nancy was a United States Navy Veteran and was a member of St. John's U.C.C.-Gibraltar. She was an LPN for the Reading Rehab for 18 years until her retirement. She is survived by: two sons, William E., Jr. husband of Debra of Muhlenberg and Ronald A. husband of Sharon of Texas; five grandchildren, Danielle, Alexandra, Samantha, Victoria and Stephen; two brothers, Leroy Herb, Jr. husband of JoAnn of Birdsboro and Leonard Herb, Esq. husband of Anne Marie of Taylor, SC and one sister, Candy Mae wife of Paul Burgert of Reading. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. with a memorial service beginning at 2:00 p.m. in St. John's U.C.C., 57 St. John's Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
