Rebecca Diane "Becky" Phillips

Rebecca “Becky” Diane Phillips 68 of Reading passed away December 23rd, 2013 in her residence. She was the companion of Michael Y. Kowalski for 25 years. Born in Reading she was a daughter of the late Vincent J. and Nona N. (Noecker) Phillips. Becky was a member of the United States Army during the Vietnam Era as well as a member of Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 131, where she was on the board of directors for 10 years. She loved all animals and was a frequent visitor at the Humane Society. She also loved movies, bus trips, casinos, the arts and the theater. Becky was a toll collector for the PA Turnpike for 32 years. In addition her companion, Becky is survived by one brother: John Phillips of Exeter Township. She was Pre-Deceased by one brother Vincent Phillips. Services will be held on Saturday December 28 at 11:00 amat Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave. Mt. Penn PA 19606.
