Rhett Poznanski

Baby Rhett Poznanski passed away Friday December 29, 2017, in Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He was a son of Matthew and Megan (Sweitzer) Poznanski. In addition to his parents, Rhett is survived by: Maternal Grandparents, Kimberly and Michael Schaeffer; Paternal Grandmother Deborah widow of Michael Poznanski, Sr.; Paternal Great-Grandparents: Henrietta Van Coeur and Donald Kerling; and Maternal Great-Grandparents: Neil and Gloria Thomas and Ann Reinoehl and Kenneth Sweitzer. He was predeceased by one brother Jameson Michael Poznanski; three uncles Jacob and Nicholas Sweitzer and Michael Poznanski, Jr. husband of Kaitlyn and their daughter Maddison.
