Carlos G. Prat, 77, of Laureldale, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022, in ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Laureldale. He was the husband of Adelaida Vargas, with whom he celebrated 30 years of marriage. Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, he was the son of the late Louis Prat and Alicia Martinez. Carlos was a utility specialist for General Motors for many years.
In addition to his wife, Carlos is survived by his children; Alicia, Marcia, Charlie, Christina, Rowina, Geann, Joshua, and Ashley. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 5 brother's, and 3 sister's. He was predeceased by one sister.
Visitation with family and friends will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., 2100 Perkiomen Avenue Reading, PA 19606.
