Alice Reist

Alice J. Reist, 57, of Birdsboro, passed away, Saturday, June 24, 2017 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center. She was the wife of Rev. Michael L. Reist. Born in Gibraltar, she was a daughter of the late Paul M. and Edith A. (Killian) Brooke. Alice was a member of Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church in Stony Creek and was an office manager at Country Meadows in Wyomissing for over 25 years. She is survived by three daughters Aisha, Mariam and Shabana Khan, six grandchildren, two brothers Paul Brooke of Birdsboro, John Brooke of St. Lawrence and one sister Karen Brooke of Birdsboro. Alice was pre deceased by one brother and five sisters. Visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with services beginning at 11:00 am in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave, Mt Penn.
