Mary Reyes

Mary D. (Snyder) Reyes, 83, of Exeter Township, passed away, Friday, March 17, 2017 in the Reading Hospital Medical Center. She was the widow of Dr. Renato H. Reyes. Born in Pottsville, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Elizabeth (Gumeniski) Snyder. Mary earned her Master's Degree from St. Joseph's University and was a graduate of St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing. She was a member of St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C. Exeter Township. Mary began working as a nurse at St Joseph Hospital in 1953, was promoted to various management positions throughout her career, and retired in 2003 as a risk management executive. Mary is survived by one son Raul M. Reyes, husband of Stephen Keiser of Chicago, one daughter Maria T. Reyes, wife of Jim Koveos, of Wayne and one grandson Nikolas Koveos. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated privately by the family. Interment in Gethsemane Cemetery.
