James D. Robison

James D. Robison, 83, of Oley, passed away Friday, December 15, 2017, in his home. He was the husband of Carol (Picard) Robison. Jim was born in Muncy, Pa and later attended Williamsport Technical Institute. Jim learned high pressure pipe and welding, achieving journeyman status. He was then employed by Westinghouse International and was the lead pipe engineer on the first nuclear power plant constructed in Japan. He returned to the states and was employed by Gilbert Associates for 13 years. Lastly, Jim started Technicon Enterprises in Oley, PA. A requiem mass will be celebrated on Friday, December 22 at 10:30 am at the Anglican Church of the Transfiguration 51 Columbia Ave, Phoenixville, Pa 19460. Interment is private.
