Jose E. Santos, 28, of Reading, passed away on Monday, July 23, 2018 in his home. He was the loving husband of Mely Velez. Born in Lehigh Valley, he was the son of Javier Santos, Sr. and Brenda L. Berger. He was a true daddy's boy, loved to cook and a true Dallas Cowboys fan. He was the loving father of his daughter Anastacia; and siblings: Jasmine, Jesenia, Javier Jr., Brandon, Joel, and Bruce. Visitation with family and friends will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm with services beginning at 1:00 pm in Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., 2100 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading.
