Lois A. Schmehl

Lois A. Schmehl, 85, of Exeter Township, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2015 in Berks Heim. She was the wife of Robert E. Schmehl with whom she celebrated 65 years of marriage. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Clarence L. and Ida M. (Keough) Diener. Lois was a graduate of Wilson High School in 1948 and was a member of Schwarzwald Lutheran Church where she was a former Sunday School Teacher and Bible Study Teacher. In addition to her husband, Lois is survived by: One Son: Keith R. Schmehl husband of Tammy L. of Exeter; One Grandson: Bryan K. Schmehl husband of Danielle of Downingtown and One Great-Granddaughter: Isabelle. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in Schwarzwald Lutheran Church 250 Church Lane Road Reading, PA 19606. Inurnment private in Schwarzwald Cemetery.
