Robert C. Shade, 88, of Fleetwood, passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was the husband Louise (Haring) Shade, of Topton, with whom he shared 67 years of marriage. Born in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Solon and Helen (Zettlemoyer) Shade. Robert worked for AT&T for over 30 years until his retirement. He graduated from Kutztown High School and was a member of Lyons Fire Company.
In addition to his wife, Robert is survived by his children; Donna Shiffer, Debra Hutchinson, wife of Scott, Linda Jones, and Michael Shade, husband of Jacqueline. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Caleb, Kara, Clark, Alexander, Selene, Morgan, and Claire, as well as his great-grandchildren; Mabel, Elizabeth, Evelyn, Zoe, Aaron, Lillian, and Aiden.
