Shirley A. "Dolly" Hartline

Shirley A. "Dolly" Hartline, 76, of Reading Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family on Saturday December 23, 2023. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Shirley (Ludwig) Meyers. 

Shirley was a graduate of Mt. Penn High School class of 1964. She worked as a seamstress and Owner of Top priority sewing factory, she also worked at Jakes of Mt Penn and The Madhatter. She was a skating champion and traveled throughout the United States competing. Her family was her greatest joy! She enjoyed her life to the fullest!  

Shirley is survived by her children Desenne, fiancé of Steve Harris, Russell, husband of Christine, Danielle fiancé of Bob Salkowski, Shasta,wife of David Uhrig, Tarinda wife of Ryan Petersen and Jacob, companion of Leah Vandervort. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Also survived by her sister, Sharon Delp. 

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Friday, December 29, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Lutz Funeral Home, 2100 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA 19606.
