Charles G. Shultz III, 61, of Birdsboro, passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2022, in his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Joy (Maurer) Shultz, of Birdsboro. Born in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Waltraud (Reidt) Shultz, of Exeter Township, and the late Charles G. Shultz Jr. Charles graduated from Fleetwood High School and obtained two Bachelor Degrees from Kutztown University, one in Business and one in Education. Charles worked for Penske for over 30 years. He enjoyed wood working, WWII history, reading the comics on a Sunday morning, and traveling with his wife.
In addition to his wife and mother, Charles is survived by his children; Kira N. Shultz, Brittany Y. Bortz, Jeffrey C. Bortz, Krista M. Faley, and Keith A. Bortz Jr. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Mason, Eliese, Ryan, Juliette, and Jenevieve.
