Todd M. Solley, 55, of Reading, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017 in his residence. Born in Reading, he was the son of Beverly A. (Solley) Rubright and step-son of Carl Rubright of Reading. Todd was employed as a truck driver for various companies throughout the Reading area and he loved fishing and the Washington Redskins.
