Marie C. (Lindblad) Sweitzer, 75, of Mt Penn, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, in Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center. She was the companion of Marc Kranson for over 15 years. Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late Charles R. and Wilemina (Zagar) Lindblad. Marie graduated from Andrew Jackson High School in Queens, NY. Marie was a paralegal for Mid Penn Legal Services for 43 years until her retirement.
Marie is survived by her daughter, Tianna D. Schaefer, of Mt. Penn, her grandchildren; Elaina, and Wyatt, as well as her brother Billy Lindblad. She was predeceased by her twin sister Karen Wenrich.
