Teri Tademy

Teri L. Tademy, 55, of Laureldale, passed away November 21, 2016 in her residence. She was the wife of R. Keith Tademy. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of her biological father, Paul J. Tibbetts and her father, James H. Day, Shillington and the late Sandra L. (Jones) Day . Teri was a graduate of Reading High School and the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Management as well as a master's degree in International Business. She was a member of the Reading High School Marching band while in high school and later with the alumni marching band. She was the Vice President of the Breast Cancer Support Services of Berks, a member of the Reading Rotary and loved the beach, the sun and her pool. She was a great seamstress, helping friends and family and anyone who asked. After her corporate career, Teri became the president of Ted and Carl Catering, Mount Penn. In addition to her father and husband, Teri was the proud mother to Jamie Tibbetts wife of Scott Oliver of Philadelphia and Eric K. Tademy at home and the proud grandmother of Mya S. Oliver. She is also survived by her brother, Paul J. Tibbetts Jr. husband of Tracy and her sisters, Lori J. Tademy, Ami L. Day and Holli A. Day. Visitation with family and friends will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. with a memorial service beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., 2100 Perkiomen Ave. Reading, PA 19606. Interment private.
