Robin Trate

Robin A. "Bird" Trate, 63, of Sinking Spring, passed away,Sunday, November 15th, 2015 in Penn State Health-St. Joseph Medical Center. She was the wife of William W. Trate. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of Leona F. (Goreski) Toole of Exeter Township and the late Ira Toole. Robin was a graduate of the St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing. She loved scrap-booking and her grand dog Chevy. Robin was a nurse for St. Joseph Medical Center for 41 years. In addition to her husband, Robin is survived by: One Daughter: Rachel L. Trate of Sinking Spring; One Step-Son: Scott Trate husband of Kimberly; One Step-Grandson: Niko; Two Sisters: Sandra wife of Ray Rafalik and Cynthia Toole; One Brother: Terry Toole husband of Deborah; Nephews: Peter, Zach and Bill; Nieces: Jaclyn, Krista, Stef, Jess, Laurie and Mandy and One Cousin: Rusty. She was pre-deceased by her brothers Randy and Scott Toole. Visitation with family and friends will be held from 9:30 am to 10:30 am with services beginning at 10:30 am in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Avenue Reading, PA 19606 on Friday, November 20th, 2015. Interment in Forest Hills Memorial Park-- Exeter Township.
