Col. Warren A. “Bud” Fegley, 81, of Lower Alsace Township, passed away Friday, January 11th, 2013 in Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Joyce G. (Bossert) Fegley. Born in Reading, PA he was a son of the late Warren L. and Ruth E. (Angstadt) Fegley. Bud was a graduate of Mount Penn High School and received his Engineering Degree from Carnegie Tech. Bud was a veteran of the United States Army serving during the Korean War and remained within the Army Reserves until retiring. He became the successor of his father’s printing business Warren L. Fegley and Sons Printing. He was a member of Trinity U.C.C.-Mount Penn. Bud was an active member of the Reading Liederkranz and the Mt. Penn Rotary Club, a member of the NRA and the Reserve Officers Association. Bud was held in highest regards by all his family and friends. In addition to his wife, Bud is survived by: One Daughter: Sandy wife of Laurin Fox of Scottsdale, AZ. Everyone that knew Bud knew how he loved t o tell his stories and the immediate family has invited everyone to join them on Monday, January 21, 2013 from 1:00-2:00 P.M. at the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave. Mount Penn to share these stories of Bud’s life.
