Jacqueline F. Watkins

Jacqueline F. Watkins, 80, of Crestwood, passed away Thursday, May 30th, 2013 in her residence. She was the widow of Stanley J. Watkins who passed away January 24, 2013. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Irene (Guistewite) Zwoyer. Jacqueline was a graduate of Reading High School graduating second in her class of 600, suma cum laude. She was also a graduate of Albright College with a B.S. in Education. She was a member of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church. Jacqueline enjoyed going to her semi-annual special lunch outings with her Sorority Sisters from Albright College and also loved to read. Jacqueline was an 11th Grade English/American Literature Teacher for the Governor Mifflin School District for 38 years. Jacqueline is survived by: One Son: Sean M. Watkins husband of Joanne of Crestwood; Four Grandchildren: Samantha, Debra, Bobby and Scot t (pre-deceased); Seven Great-Grandchildren: CoraLynn, Haley, Brandon, Bobby Lee, Brooke, Brittany and Scott, Jr.; One Nephew: Thomas Warr of Florida.
