William A. Chipperfield

William A. Chipperfield, 72, of Reading, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 6, 2024 in his home. Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Calvin and Frances (Guevara) Chipperfield. William graduated from Reading High School and Reading Area Community College with a degree in accounting. He worked at General Battery for several years and was also a truck driver. William shared 51 wonderful years with the love of his life, the late Jean G. Biltheiser, who passed away this past March. He spent his life dedicated to his family and making sure they were okay, which is what he enjoyed most aside from his political contributions.

William is survived by his daughter, Jennifer E. Buck, his granddaughters; Robin and Charissa, great-grandchildren; Vaida, Steven, Zuraius, Eliana, and his sister Pamela F. Chipperfield. He was preceded in death by his brother, Walter A. Chipperfield.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday June 13, 2024 beginning at 12:00pm at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 390 W. Neversink Road, Reading, PA 19606.
