Phyllis (Collins) Witman passed away on December 8th in the loving arms of her daughters. Phyllis was born on March 28th 1927 and is survived by her husband of 71 years Donald J Witman who unfortunately could not be by her side. Also surviving are daughter Jean Miller (J Randall) of Wyomissing and their children Scott, Erica, Kristen and Kevin; and daughter Donna Lescan (Jacques) of Antibes, France and their children Laura and Marina. There are four great grandchildren.
Phyllis devoted her life to her family and taking care of her loved ones. All will miss her generosity and giving nature.
