Lana Worrall

Lana G. Worrall, 70, of Mount Penn, passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2016 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center . She was the wife of Alfred R. Worrall, Jr. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Frederick G. and Edith A. (Lotz) Glass. She was a graduate of Reading High School in 1964 and was on their alumni committee and a graduate of the Community General Hospital School of Radiology. She was also a member of St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C., where she was a past member of the guitar group and a past Girl Scout leader at St. Catharines. She enjoyed boating, camping, the beach, gardening, crafts, vacationing and being with grandchildren and friends. Lana was an x-ray technician for St. Joseph Medical Center where she retired from. In addition to her husband, Lana is survived by her son, Alfred R. Worrall, III husband of Cynthia of Douglassville and her daughter, Gail M. wife of Neomal Perera of Phoenixville and six grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 from 9:30-11:00 am with a Mass of Christian Burial being celebrated at 11:00 a.m. in St. Catharine of Siena Chapel, 2427 Perkiomen Ave., Reading, PA 19606.
