John Michael Yerger II, 31, of Reading, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022. Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Ann Marie "Nancy" Scherer, and John Michael Yerger, Philadelphia. John graduated from Antietam High School. He worked many jobs throughout his life, lastly working at Walmart as a sales associate.
John is survived by his aunts; Alicia Bradley, Deborah Heberling, Jennifer Gerhart, Mary Scherer, Jackie Scherer, Lori Barringer, Melissa Howell-Clark, and Debra M. McTague, as well as his uncle Robert Scherer. He is also survived by many cousins. John was predeceased by his grandparents Joyce & Jay Yerger
A service will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 beginning at 1:00 pm in Laureldale Cemetery Chapel 4631 Pottsville Pike Reading, PA 19605. Interment will be at Laureldale Cemetery, Laureldale.
