Frank Barry Yoder, 83, of Mt. Penn, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, in his home. Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Frank M. Yoder Jr. and Florence (Wink) Yoder. Frank was last employed by the Raylon Corporation.
Frank is survived by his cousins, Kevin Leo Hartberger, husband of Sandra L. (Klopp), and Judith Ann, wife of Terry M. Heffner Sr.
